Meet the Team

SARAH YOUNG
FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Sarah is a qualified Interior Designer and Stylist who earned her Bachelor's Degree in Art & Design with Honours majoring in Spatial Design from AUT. She was a Top Finalist at the Best Awards for her Honours Project by The Designers Institute of New Zealand.
She has gone to work in numerous design & styling settings; from Home Staging, Design Consulting, Property Administration (Body Corporate) to having worked at an Architectural Studio. This has helped build her design flair and unique sense of style.
In her personal life, she has also competed and have won or was placed top finalist in several beauty pageants such as Miss Universe New Zealand, Miss Scuba International NZ and Miss Asia Pacific International NZ.
This has given her the perfect opportunity to better understand the amazing work that goes on behind the scenes for large scale event planning and being on stage.
Her cultural background is Chinese Vietnamese but Sarah was born & bred in New Zealand. Having worked in her family's restaurant business, she has also gained numerous years of experience in the hospitality industry.

JASON GREENWOOD
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Sarah's husband Jason is an American-Kiwi and is a respected public speaker, Podcaster and owns his own eCommerce consultancy. Before he worked in eComm, he had many years under his belt in hospitality management. Most of the time, you won't see Jason as he works behind the scenes with operations and vendor management.
Together Sarah & Jason understand what it takes to build a good rapport and guide soon-to-be newlyweds through the process with the least stress possible.
In his personal life, he enjoys diving with Sarah as they’re both certified PADI Divers, jet-skiing, cooking up a BBQ with friends and family, riding motorbikes and being outdoors, going on walks with Herbie.

OFFICE DOG/ SECURITY
Creating a Safe Office Environment, Herbie is here for your mental health and enjoys giving cuddles and playing fetch with you.
We are pleased to be able to call our office ‘dog friendly’ and like to encourage all couples who has a dog to attend their backyard wedding so their pet can be their ring bearer and highlight their show.
We hope to hear from you soon for an initial meeting to talk through your aspirations for your dream wedding!

We are unique!
We only specialize in Micro Weddings - small and intimate weddings under 50 guests. We provide the extra care and attention smaller weddings deserve.
However our business model is quite unique!
We are not your ordinary wedding styling business. Our focus is on couples who are working on a tight timeline. We understand your time is precious!
This might be related to a medical issue, urgent travel or migration needs and other scenarios where a long wedding planning timeline simply isn't appropriate.
For this reason, we have tailored our pricing to suit urgent, short notice weddings for couples based in Auckland. We will later expand and cater to the Hamilton region in 2025.
We can arrange your special event to be held at the comfort of your own home/backyard or venue if you wish (Instead of a Bedside Hospital Wedding).
We can also cater to other lovely couples in non-urgent circumstances who wish to marry their best friend and tie the knot with any of our beautiful wedding packages.

If you would like help on surprising your significant other then this is the perfect package for you!
Once you’ve selected the perfect ring and location, we will help with the remaining arrangements.

Terms & Conditions
We are exclusively an event styling company, not a catering business so we don’t deal directing with food or drinks. However we do include a wedding cake in each of our packages.
